In these Terms & Conditions, “Little Warrior”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to The Trustee for Bales Family Trust (ABN 78 686 411 715), the operator of the Little Warrior business.

Little Warrior is based in New South Wales, Australia and sells products to customers within Australia only.

Products

Little Warrior sells children’s yoga cards designed to support mindful movement, breath awareness and calm play. Our products are intended for use under the guidance of a parent, carer, teacher or responsible adult and are not toys.

Children should always be supervised during use. To the extent permitted by law, Little Warrior is not responsible for any injury, loss or outcome resulting from improper, unsafe or unsupervised use of our products.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where required, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected misuse.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays.

Little Warrior is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are returned in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Little Warrior is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to illustrations, text, logos, designs, imagery and product concepts, is the intellectual property of Little Warrior and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
